Kandle Queens Class Policies

Advance registration is required. No walk-ins.

A minimum of 2 participants is required for the class to be held. If the minimum is not met, registered guests will be contacted to move their reservation to another available class date.

Because we prepare materials and reserve your seat in advance, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to have your deposit or payment applied towards a future class. No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the payment.

Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may forfeit their seat and payment because instruction has already begun and we want to respect the experience of guests who arrive on time.
